Jack Healy

Owner/Manager
I attended Michigan State University and then University of Detroit Dental School. I graduated in 1972. I started building homes in 1983. I fully moved into building homes in 1990. I have built over 1,000 homes and developed many fine subdivisions over the years. I’m proud that my daughter Erika and her husband Mike joined me in the family business. I enjoy golfing, boating, and spending time with the grand kids.

Erika Burke

Head of Sales
Michigan State University, undergraduate, Wayne State University MBA. Real Estate License. Worked for Healy Homes during and after college, gaining experience in all aspects of the business. Married my childhood sweetheart, Mike Burke, and now we both are involved in the family business. My non-work pastimes include my two children, reading for the daycare, and getting together with friends old and new.

Tom Baiocchi

Sales Associate
Tom joined Healy Homes in March of 2013. He brings over 30 years of sales and management experience working with major corporations, primarily IBM, Canon and Ricoh. In addition to his sales experience, Tom has also held management positions responsible for asset control, facilities management and audit reconciliation. In his spare time, Tom is an avid golfer and enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with his family.

Mike Burke

Construction Manager
Hello, I am Michael Burke, I have worked with Jack Healy for over 15 years. I chose to be in residential construction because I like to see these projects start to finish. I find the transformation very exciting! I have an Economics degree with honors from Michigan State University. I am also a licensed builder in the State of Michigan. I live in the South Lyon area and feel it is a great place to raise my family. I look forward to working with anyone that picks Healy Homes to build their future home.

Steve Schaner

Born in Hamburg, Michigan. Worked as a Tool & Die maker for 10 years. Small Business man doing rough framing and “Handyman” work for 20 years. One of main customers was Healy Homes. Hired by Healy Homes to work as a skilled laborer and to do warranty work.
